General Appointment Policies

Payment

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Pay Pal & Personal Checks.

Tips

Not expected but graciously accepted in cash only.

No Pets

We are animal lovers, but we cannot allow pets around our equipment. As a courtesy please reserve a space during our visit that is free of all pets. (please no exceptions)

Deposit

A twenty-dollar deposit is required to reserve time on our calendar for an individual and one tanning partner.

If reserved appointment(s) is cancelled in less than 24 hours of booked time slot, the deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to reserved appointment.

Rescheduling

A Rescheduled appointment is an existing appointment that is canceled and planned for a later date. Please note you are entitled to one rescheduled appointment without penalty client must call before 24-hour cancellation to avoid said penalty. This option is not applicable for groups.

*You may reschedule at any time, but a $10 service fee may be charged to your rescheduled appointment regardless of membership status

Cancellation

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments.

If reserved appointment(s) are cancelled in less than 24 hours of booked time slot, the deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to reserved appointment.

If the reserved appointment(s) is a no show the deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to reserved appointment

No Show

If you no show your appointment your card will be charged for the full owed deposit amount.

After 2 no shows/cancelling in less than 24 hours, future appointments will be required to be paid with a credit card in total amount by home service and in-location. If you prefer not to reserve with credit card, you may be seen on a walk-in basis by location only. We will not permit a mobile reservation without a deposit in this instance.

Mobile Service Scheduling Policy

Communication

As a courtesy your technician will notify you thirty minutes prior to arrival.

If you are late arriving home for your appointment your scheduled service is not guaranteed and will likely need to be rescheduled OR changed.

Preparation

Please be aware that your session will begin concluding our setup- waiver- and consultation.
Please be ready to begin your appointment on time with everyone in your party present.

Group Events

The duration of a private group varies by size. Usually we suggest calculating an hour block time that includes thirty additional minutes per attendee.

In-Location Service Scheduling Policy

Walk in’s
We always encourage a call. Our calendars are managed by pre-scheduled appointments. Same day walk ins are permitted but does not guaranteed service.

Arrival

For individual appointments on time arrival is appreciated. Groups are encouraged to arrive 10-15 minutes early for a relaxing experience.

(Specialty Appointment)

Brides. To secure a time slot for your wedding date, a 50% deposit is required of your estimated total (including all parties needing spray tan). Price will vary depending on party size, participants and distance. *Please contact us directly to coordinate your parties need. For all information regarding multiple events, packages and/or destination weddings call 757 228 2200

Additional information:

  • Once appointment is scheduled, all policies apply even if text/email reminder was not received.
    We reserve the right to change any client status to walk in only if any policies are not adhered to or if repeated no shows, late cancels and/or late arrivals occur.
  • All outstanding balances must be paid in full before any future appointments may be reserved/services received.
  • Please make sure to share any discount code while reserving your appointment time.
